Magnum of requeixo and honey


Recipe of requeixo magnum and honey made for the Recipe contest with Requeixo As Neves

Number: 4


  • 200gr Requeixo.
  • 50gr honey.
  • 100grs dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil.


1. Divide half of the Requeixo in the molds, leaving a hole in the center.

2. Fill the hole with honey. If it is very runny, we can take it to the fridge for a few minutes to harden and be easier to handle.

3. We finish distributing the cheese leaving the honey inside. We introduce the ice cream sticks and put them in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

4. Fundimos el chocolate con el aceite de coco para que sea más fluido, bien en el microondas o al baño maría.

5. We remove the ice cream from the mold and bathe with chocolate. With the surplus of chocolate we can make some decorative lines on the ice creams.
