Publicize the use of requeixo, a typical product of As Neves, in gastronomy .

There are two different categories that contestants will be able to choose to win:

  • Paradanta County Award : Selection of the winner by a technical jury – € 250
  • Popular Award Voting through likes on Instagram – € 100

Participants:

Bloggers, chefs and personalities from the world of national gastronomy.

Technical jury:

  • Manuel Garea, Gastronomic Advisor for Come a Comarca.
  • Fatima Estevez, Professor of Bakery-Pastry EFA A Cancela.
  • Ángel Martínez and Victor Rodríguez, Chefs from A Xanela gastronomic.
  • Fran Sotelino, Paradanta County Gastronomic Advisor.

Phases:

April 2-18, 2021 – Sending of recipes by the participants

April 19-21, 2021 – Selection of 5 recipes by the jury for the FINAL PHASE

April 22, 2021 – Publication of the 5 finalist recipes on our website and Instagram

April 22 to 29, 2021 – Deadline for deliberation of the jury and popular vote via Instagram

April 30, 2021 – Winners Announcement
